BUSINESS DIRECTOR

Description:

You will serve as the BUSINESS DIRECTOR for NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Overseeing business performance of a major organization or command;
2. Leading changes in an organization's culture by influencing, motivating, and challenging senior leadership within an organization;
3. Directing strategic business thinking and subsequent planning and operations, ensuring they are in sync with an organization's mission and objectives;
4. Providing expert leadership and managerial skills to advise other senior managers regarding operational policies encompassing people, budget, and processes; and
5. Providing direction for a major organization or command through expertise in strategic thinking, business analytics, planning, resource management, policy oversight, command-level or organization-level oversight, and supervision.
