You will serve as a MANAGER in the TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DIVISON CODE 81 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.Requirements:
NM-04:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing assistance in oversight of major workforce and resource decisions; driving collaboration across Center organizations to ensure integrated strategic management and continuous feedback; and developing business operations policies for Director approval and administer innovative HR programs supporting a complex, modern workforce across diverse occupations and grades.
NM-05:
