You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL/OA) in the Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC) MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the Gs-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing assistance and administrative support to the Military personnel assigned to the Depot preparing unit diaries and reconcile feedback reports and conduct audits of service records; Possess general knowledge processing military personnel actions using military personnel systems such as Unit Diary Marine Integrated Personnel Service (UDMIPS), Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS), Document Tracking Management Service (DTMS), and experience to process Common Access Cards/ Identification card through the DoD, Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System/Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (RAPIDS/DEERS) and possessAdditional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
