Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing cost, schedule, performance for a diverse portfolio of Aircraft Integration, advanced technology projects and programs to include leadership of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) with members from multiple professional domains including finance, contracting, Information Assurance (IA), software development, modeling & simulation, hardware integration, test & evaluation, and systems engineering. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication and the oversight of requirements definition, research and development, systems integration, qualification and testing, training, production, contracting, and managing and executing budgets across appropriated funding lines (RDTE and OMN) and Spectrum Relocation Funds (SRF) managed by the DoD CIO.
