Description:

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (EMPL REL/LABOR REL) in the CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE of MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT.

Requirements:

GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: composing and preparing routing correspondence related to employee, labor relations, AND/OR WorkLife programs including Voluntary Leave Transfer Program, FMLA, AND/OR a Wellness Program; Assisting customers with inquiries related to injury claims .

GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: advising management on the sequence of actions required in connection with recurring disciplinary problems; Reviewing submitted Performance Appraisals for compliance; Assisting employees and supervisors with FECA claims and processing.
