You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) of SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS.The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinate training methods and techniques, training allocation procedures, contract administration and training management to meet mission requirements; 2) Identify workload factors and performance quality levels to determine accurate measurement techniques; 3) Organize projects/programs including planning, scheduling, reporting, and directing the work of numerous personnel in varied professions and disciplines; 4) Lead a diverse team of military and civilian personnel to maintain productive working relationships with all levels of staff and management personnel; and 5) Manage programs using creative and innovative methods of new developments in education and training.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
