Requirements:
For the GS-12 position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Acquiring knowledge of personnel functions, analysis reports and budgeting; 2) Developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising on, or improving the effectiveness of work methods, procedures, manpower utilization and time sensitive studies, management controls, information and document system and or similar functions of management; 3) Identifying financial, personnel resources and material needs for a large and diverse organization; and 4) Utilizing computer software applications including, but not limited to MS Office suite and MAXIMO. NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.For the GS-11 position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Requires assistance and little to moderate supervisory controls in order to perform work; 2) Familiar with fund sources, execution, and tracking processes; 3) Some knowledge in running reports with various financial and personnel E-Systems but needs guidance and assistance from supervisor; and 4) Knowledge of in-house maintenance processes and E-system databases is considered favorable knowledge, skill, and/or ability.
