You will serve as an INDUSTRIAL CONTROL SYSTEM PROGRAM MANAGER in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND SOUTHWEST of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing economic analysis for work related to Industrial Control System including energy calculations, cost avoidance data, cost estimates, simple payback and savings to investment ratio; 2) Applying planning and maintenance factors to ensure equipment and associated integrated logistics support requirements are in place; 3) Utilizing predictive and quantitative factors for programming resources required to ensure current and future readiness of industrial control systems, utility management systems, and energy management systems; and 4) Presenting studies orally and in writing in both formal and informal settings.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
