Description:

You will serve as a Director of Real Estate within the Real Estate Business Line (REBL) of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Serving as a Real Estate Contracting Officer (or equivalent) that has the ability to bind the US Government in a real estate contracts at larger Echelon IV Facility Engineering Commands (FECs) within Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC); 2) Executing and managing large-scale, complex Department of the Navy (DoN) and Marine Corps real estate contracts.; 3) Providing supervision, direction, and execution of Real Estate products and services across the designated Area of Responsibility (AOR); 4) Offering expertise, direct consultation, and execution services to Navy activities, other DoD and Federal Agencies, Commander Naval Installations Command (CNIC), Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM), Regional Commanders (Flag Level), defense activities, and other clients; and 5) executing and coordinating the overall real estate acquisition, management, and disposal processes.
