You will serve as a Supervisory Security Officer in the Security Division, Command Operations Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Providing guidance, advice, counsel and/or instruction to employees on administrative and technical matters. 2) Collaborating with other branch/division/department heads for the purpose of negotiating, determining, or coordinating chance affecting other organizational units. 3) Identifying developmental and training needs of employees under incumbent's control and to provide for such development or training. 4) Formulating and coordinating a security orientation, education and training program for the protection of classified information as well as formulating and implementing security controls and measures for the protection of classified material. 5) Establishing, implementing, and maintaining an Operations Security Program and plan, which is specific to the organization's mission 6) Reviewing all reports, exhibits, display materials, conference presentations, abstracts, materials to be published in newspapers and other periodicals, all materials prepared for public, dissemination, and all materials submitted for posting to the publicly accessible
