Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Qualifying experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Administers information technology systems to ensure effective system operation; 2) Analyzes and refines systems requirements and performance to verify the integrity of systems, takes corrective actions as needed, and report unresolved problem areas to management; 3) Plans and delivers customer support services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or training in response to customer requirements; and 4) Ensures hardware meets system requirements in order to provide information technology capabilities.
