Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading a diverse Information Technology workforce through significant change; developing and maintaining budgets, building strong teams and succession plans; AND managing the development and implementation of complex Information Technology/Information Assurance/Cybersecurity policies/plans/initiatives.
